Warranty (date from loading):

- Frame: 12 months (Aluminum Alloy & Steel)

- Battery: 12 months

- Motor: 12 months

- Charger: 12 months

- Controller: 12 months

- Lights, indicators, brake systems, tubes, tyres, chain, and cables etc. are not covered as they are consumables. When consumable replacements are required, they need to be repurchased.

P.S.: Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, or any loss or damage that is caused by improper assembly, repair or use and so on.

Why we are so confident to provide a warranty of so long time?

1. We focus on the oversea market, especially European and American market. We consider quality as our life, so we are quite confident of our quality.

2. We carry on periodic training to our staffs, in order to enhance their consciousness of quality.

3. Each E-bike will be strictly checked before packing, to insure it can reach your requirements and satisfy you.

4. We check all the components before assembling, to make sure that broken or deficient components will not be fixed to the bikes.

5. We always try to improve the quality of our products; meanwhile we pay much attention to our customer service. We will provide a certain amount of free spare parts to you when you place a quantity order, Quality problems will be solved at the first time when you come across it.

6. We choose good suppliers to cooperate with. The main components are mostly from Japan, Taiwan and other top suppliers, such as SHIMANO, ZOOM, NECO, KMC, KENDA etc.
P.S.: It is the responsibility of e-Bike riders to make sure that the e-bike is in good operating condition and is equipped with all legally required safety accessories before use. Do not operate the e-bike if you suspect there is a mechanical or electrical defect as any such defect could cause serious and even fatal accidents.
